Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating field engineers.
• Experience managing both planned and reactive work.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with understanding of budgets and profitability.
• Ability to stay calm and organized when priorities change.
• Experience in a service, engineering, maintenance or facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installations.
• Manage engineer diaries, workloads and availability.
• Be the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional service.
• Respond quickly to urgent and reactive requirements.
• Reschedule resources as priorities change.
• Coordinate site surveys, quotations and installations.
• Liaise with purchasing, sales, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Ensure deadlines, customer expectations and commercial requirements are met.
• Support the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
