Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Based within commutable distance of Gosport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service activities.
• Schedule service visits for engineers.
• Prepare quotations for remedial works and replacement equipment.
• Process invoices and raise purchase orders.
• Ensure engineer reports are filed per procedures.
• Assist with spare parts ordering and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support monthly statistics and reports for management meetings.
• Communicate with customers and engineers to ensure service activities run smoothly.
