Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Emsworth are seeking a Service Coordinator to support the office team in scheduling, administration and customer support for a growing plumbing and heating contractor.

You will handle inbound calls, assess needs (emergency repairs, boiler installs, bathrooms), plan engineers' diaries, and ensure parts are available. The role is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-site parking and 33 days' holiday.

Qualifications

• Background in scheduling, administration and customer support.
• Experience with scheduling engineers is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers in domestic plumbing and heating.
• Evaluate needs: emergencies, boiler installs, bathrooms.
• Schedule engineers' diaries: planning routes and parts.
• Support with administration alongside two office team members.
