Job summary

Amour Recruitment in Totton is seeking an experienced Service Co-ordinator to manage engineers' travel, service reports, spare parts, and customer interactions. This role supports seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

The position requires coordinating travel across time zones, maintaining databases, and assisting with quotations and workshop sourcing. Hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, with a monthly on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative role, within logistics or engineering sector is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Organise engineers' global travel: flights, hotels, tunnels, and visas.
• Communicate with customers and agents regarding attendance and updates during service work.
• Coordinate parts dispatch with Workshop to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and tools for on-site jobs.
• Maintain databases to log service details, reports, and customer interactions accurately.
• Support Service Managers with administrative tasks, including quotations and sourcing new workshops in key locations.
• Be on-call one week per month, providing support outside regular hours on a rota.
