Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Service Coordinator in Emsworth to manage inbound calls, schedule engineers and coordinate parts for plumbing and heating projects. The role blends customer support with admin duties in a small team, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and an on-site working environment.

You will handle emergency repairs, boiler installations, and bathroom fit-outs, ensuring smooth diary management and customer liaison from first contact to job completion.

Qualifications

• Background in scheduling, administration and customer support.
• Experience scheduling engineers or in plumbing/heating industry desirable.
• Strong customer service and ability to liaise with customers by phone and email.
• Must live within commuting distance of Emsworth and be office-based.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from customers in domestic plumbing and heating.
• Evaluating needs: emergency repairs, boiler installations, and bathroom fit-outs.
• Scheduling engineers' diaries, including job planning, route planning and ensuring parts are available.
• Working with two office team members to cover administration and other tasks.
