Job summary

Confidential in Emsworth, Hampshire, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the office team. The role handles inbound calls from domestic plumbing and heating customers, assessing needs such as emergency repairs, boiler installations, and bathroom fits, and coordinating engineers’ schedules.

You will work with two colleagues on administration and customer support, in a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm office setting, with parking on-site and good holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, administration and customer support.
• Experience scheduling engineers, or within plumbing/heating industry, is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with phone and email communication.
• Willing to work in the office and be based within commutable distance to Emsworth.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers in the domestic plumbing and heating sector.
• Assess needs for emergency repairs, boiler installations and bathroom fit-outs.
• Schedule engineers’ diaries, plan jobs, route and ensure parts are available.
• Work with two colleagues on administration and other office tasks.
