Job summary

Srsuk in Wimbledon, South West London, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to schedule engineers, manage workloads and coordinate maintenance across HVAC systems. You will balance planned maintenance with reactive callouts, liaise with engineers and customers, and ensure accurate job information is recorded to support efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an HVAC service coordination role.
Experience scheduling mobile engineers and managing workloads.
Experience with PPM, reactive breakdowns and site supervision.
Strong communication with engineers, customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and coordinate HVAC service engineers for PPMs and reactive work.
Manage diaries, workloads and appointments to maximise productivity.
Create and maintain service work orders with clear instructions.
Respond to service requests and prioritise visits.
Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams on progress.
Coordinate emergency callouts and changes to schedules.
Arrange replacement parts and track materials for service jobs.
Review reports and paperwork for accurate invoicing.
Support with quotations and service administration.
