Job summary

Juice Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established business on the outskirts of Bath. You will act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling a range of queries including new jobs, callouts and maintenance.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive problem-solving and the ability to coordinate engineers’ workloads to meet SLAs. Own transport is essential; on-site parking is available, and the salary ranges from £28,000 to £31,000

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or fast-paced admin
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience using IT systems, including MS Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and email
• Coordinate and schedule engineers’ workloads
• Manage maintenance and fault-related jobs within SLAs
• Update jobs in the CRM with accuracy and KPI compliance
• Order parts and equipment from approved suppliers
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Review reports and handle callouts and engineer visits
