Job summary

Wild Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Service Controller to coordinate engineers, handle customer enquiries and ensure service activities run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan daily workloads, respond to breakdowns and service requests, manage urgent call-outs and planned maintenance visits, and keep records up to date while liaising with customers and internal departments to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Service Coordination, Scheduling, Planning, Resource Planning, or Dispatch.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator, or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Service Controller to become the central point of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring service activities run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
