Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator in Malton to organise field engineers and manage planned and reactive work within a busy 24/7 service environment.

You will schedule engineers, coordinate site surveys, handle quotes and installations, and liaise with purchasing, sales and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

SERVICE COORDINATOR

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Are you an experienced Service Coordinator with a background in coordinating field engineers and managing both planned and reactive work?

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage engineer schedules, prioritise urgent jobs and keep customers updated within a busy, fast-paced service environment.

Working within a 24/7 service-based business, you will play a key role in coordinating three core areas: Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Repairs and Installations.

The Role

• Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installations.

• Manage engineer diaries, workloads and availability.

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and proactive service.

• Respond quickly to urgent and reactive requirements.

• Continuously reschedule resources as priorities change.

• Coordinate site surveys, quotations and installations.
