Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Service Controller to join a leading construction company in Newcastle. You will coordinate service engineers, schedule repairs and maintenance, and ensure customers receive an excellent level of service.

This permanent, full‑time role offers a 42.5‑hour week, Monday to Friday, with a £36,000 basic salary rising after probation. You will manage job cards, allocate breakdowns, and liaise with engineers, customers and parts departments to keep work on time.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Controller or Service Coordinator.
• Background in plant, construction, agricultural or HGV machinery preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to work in a busy environment.
