Job summary

Confidential in the West Midlands (Oldbury) is seeking a Service Controller to join our service administration team. You will take pre-planned maintenance bookings from customers, plan and schedule visits, and coordinate with engineers to ensure smooth operation.

Strong IT skills and excellent communication are essential as you handle data input and process engineer job sheets. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided and a supportive environment that nurtures career

Qualifications

• Experience in service administration, co-ordination or similar capacity.
• Experience scheduling and planning maintenance for engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take pre-planned maintenance bookings from customers and plan/schedule visits.
• Speak to customers to arrange follow-up visits and book them in.
• Interact with Service Engineers and process engineer job sheets/work reports.
• Change job status in internal system and ensure data input is correct.
• Take ownership of service improvement initiatives and cost control.
