Job summary

Not disclosed company in Oldbury is seeking a Service Controller to join their service administration team. The role involves taking pre-planned maintenance bookings, planning and scheduling visits for engineers, and liaising with customers and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in service administration or coordination within a technical environment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Office 365.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling and planning maintenance work or service visits for engineers.
• Experience in service administration or coordination within an engineering/technical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; IT proficiency including Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Take pre-planned maintenance bookings from customers and plan/schedule them.
• Speak with customers to arrange follow-up visits and book them in.
• Interact with Service Engineers and process engineer job sheets/work reports.
• Change job status on internal system and ensure all data is correct, contributing to service improvement initiatives and cost control.
