Logisnext UK Ltd is seeking two Service Controllers to lead and support our service team in Thame. You will coordinate engineers for planned and urgent calls, liaise with customers and technicians, and drive performance against KPI targets in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience in a service-led environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in automotive/trucking sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service promised to customers.
• Coordinate engineers for scheduled and emergency service calls.
• Act as the go-to contact between technicians, customers and internal teams.
• Minimise open jobs and ensure timely invoicing once completed.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers on performance updates.
