Logisnext is seeking two Service Controllers in Thame to drive high-quality service delivery and efficient coordination of engineers. You will be the central link among technicians, customers and internal teams, ensuring KPI targets are met while managing schedules and invoicing.

The role requires strong admin skills, organisational ability, and a proactive mindset to improve processes. UK work eligibility is required; ERP experience is a plus. Hybrid or remote options are not specified.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience in a service-led environment.
• Sharp organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality service to customers as promised.
• Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets.
• Planning and coordinating engineers for scheduled and emergency service calls.
• Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers and internal teams.
• Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing after completion.
• Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards.
• Collaborating with Regional Service Managers on service performance and regional updates.
