Logisnext Americas Inc in Thame, Oxfordshire, seeks two Service Controllers to lead service delivery in a fast-paced environment, coordinating engineers for scheduled and emergency calls while ensuring high-quality service and KPI targets.

You will act as the central contact between technicians, customers and internal teams, minimize open jobs, and drive timely invoicing. A supportive team culture and clear career progression await the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience, especially in a service-led environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience using ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in a technical environment such as automotive or trucking is a plus.

Service Controller – Lead With Impact in a Supportive Team

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire| Department: Service | Full-Time | Salary: up to £35,000 | Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00, alternating rota for 16:30 and 17:30 finish

What You'll Be Driving:

• Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
• Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
• Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
• Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
• Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
• Collaborating with the Regional Service Managers on service performance and regional updates

What You Bring:

• Strong administrative experience especially in a service-led environment
• Sharp Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A drive to improve operational processes, deliver results, and exceed expectations
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience using ERP systems is a plus
• Experience in a technical environment such as the automotive or trucking industry is a plus
