Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Service Controller, Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using SAP or similar service management systems would be advantageous.
- Experience within engineering, automotive, plant, fleet or technical service environments is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer service requests from initial enquiry through to completion
- Scheduling and coordinating engineer workloads to maximise efficiency
- Creating job cards, service notifications, and ordering required parts
- Tracking contract maintenance activities and ensuring service planners remain up to date
- Processing job sheets accurately and conducting customer follow-up calls
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
- Supporting site meetings, operational processes, and health & safety initiatives
