Energy Jobline CVL in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service Control team and oversee service delivery across the North. You will coordinate engineers, monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvements in processes and workflows.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in service control or service delivery, solid leadership, and a full UK driving licence, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Service Control, Service Delivery or Hire Desk role.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and results-driven.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate and develop the Service Control team.
• Coordinate engineers and daily service delivery.
• Monitor WIP, KPIs, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve service issues and bottlenecks.
• Improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support training, onboarding and team development.
• Work closely with Operations, Technical and Customer Support teams.
• Drive consistent, high-quality customer service.
