Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service Control team and oversee service delivery across the North. You will coordinate engineers, monitor KPIs, and drive high-quality customer service, while developing the team and improving processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service control or delivery, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and holds a Full UK driving licence. Construction equipment/OEM exposure is a plus.

• Previous team leadership experience.

• Good Microsoft 365 skills.

• Lead, motivate and develop the Service Control team.
• Coordinate engineers and daily service delivery.
• Monitor WIP, KPIs, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve service issues and bottlenecks.
• Improve processes, systems and ways of working.
