Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting for three Service Co-ordinator / Call Planner positions in Chadderton, Oldham. You will join a busy Service Desk and coordinate service requests, plan engineer workloads and ensure jobs meet SLAs and customer requirements.

We are seeking highly organised, proactive candidates with experience in service coordination, scheduling or field-based environments. The role offers a supportive team and a competitive salary of £25,934 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration, facilities management, field service, logistics or similar.
• Experience in a service, facilities, engineering, maintenance or field-based environment advantageous.
• Excellent communication with customers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Log and process incoming service requests accurately.
• Plan and prioritise jobs in line with SLAs and customer needs.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage planned maintenance and remedial works.
• Monitor progress of outstanding jobs and escalations.
• Provide accurate ETAs via customer portal calls.
• Support the wider Service Desk and cover for colleagues.
• Coordinate return visits and two-person jobs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
