• Deliver the Service Centre's annual gross profit forecast by implementing a clear, profitable growth strategy.
• Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, set clear expectations, coach individuals and exceed targets.
• Direct focus to deliver quality account growth by expanding the customer base and managing sales activity and pipeline.
• Maximise stock turn to align with customer demand and ROI expectations.
• Optimise trading terms to maximise return while managing risk.
