Magnet Leeds showroom is seeking a Store Service Manager to lead a busy, sales-focused team. You’ll drive sales, train colleagues, and oversee projects across the store while delivering excellent service from showroom visit through installation and aftercare.

You’ll be responsible for motivating staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining margins, and building strong relationships with customers and regional partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience building cross-team relationships.
• Proactive about market trends and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
