Brayleys Cars Limited is recruiting Contact Centre Agents for its Redditch site. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to book customers' vehicles into service centres, providing courteous, accurate information and upgrading the customer experience at every step.

You will listen to customers, confirm details, and work with the team to ensure smooth visits. The role focuses on service quality, relationship-building, and meeting key performance indicators.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or administration is welcome.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Comfort with IT systems and learning new software quickly.

Responsabilidades
