Job summary

Elite-HR in the United Kingdom is seeking Experienced Customer Service Advisors for a busy motor group with bases in Newbury, Exeter and Winchester. As a Service Advisor you will be the focal point for customers seeking advice, servicing and repairs to their vehicles.

You will also manage the information flow between the workshop and the customer, delivering excellent service. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with 1 hour for lunch.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Full valid driving licence required.
• Retail automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service advice and estimates to customers.
• Initiate documentation and maintain customer records and follow up systems.
• Notify customers when work is complete and ensure smooth flow of information between workshop and customer.

Exciting opportunities for Experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a busy expanding Motor Group with positions based in Newbury, Exeter and Winchester.

As a Service Advisor you will be the focal point for customers requiring advice, servicing, and repairs to their vehicles. You will also manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, always delivering excellent customer service.

Your day will include:

• Ensuring the customer receives the best possible customer service and that they are aware of all products and services available.
• Initiating documentation and maintaining customer records and follow up systems.
• Providing customers with estimates, and notifying customer's promptly when the work is complete.

Have you got what it takes?

• Highly developed interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
• Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
• Full clean driving licence.

Retail automotive service experience preferred.

Hours of work Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)
