Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy commercial workshop. You will be the primary link between customers and technicians, receiving vehicles, assessing service needs and delivering accurate updates with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Role involves upselling maintenance products and service plans, maintaining records, and providing world-class support in a fast-paced environment at our Sittingbourne site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Automotive Customer Specialist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and loyalty.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 basic per annum + realistic bonus structure (£32,000 – £36,000 OTE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, staggered shifts between 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM / 5:30 PM (plus rotaded Saturday mornings)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant to join our busy commercial workshop team. You will be the key link between our customers and technicians—receiving vehicles, diagnosing service/repair requirements, providing thorough updates, and delivering world-class customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or Automotive Customer Specialist within the motor industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build customer trust and loyalty.
• Confidence in subtle upselling (service plans, maintenance products, accessories) by putting the customer's best interests first.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy (experience with Kerridge / Drive / Pinnacle systems is advantageous).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Base: Sittingbourne Area (Free secure on-site parking provided)
• Road Links: Strategically situated off the A2017 / A2, offering fast connection to the M2 (Junction 5) for quick commutes across Kent.
• Public Transport: Accessible via Sittingbourne mainline train station with direct links and regular local bus routes serving the business park.
• Commutable From: Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gillingham, Chatham, Faversham, Sheerness, and Isle of Sheppey.
