Eastbourne-based automotive business is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. A £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of £45,000 and uncapped earning potential. Saturdays paid overtime, with brand training to support your career progression.

You will manage customer bookings, liaise with workshop, and drive additional sales while delivering excellent service from booking to collection. This role offers clear career development within an established team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a busy environment.
• Commercially minded approach to maximize earnings.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and ensure expectations are clear from the start.
• Liaise with Technicians and the workshop throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers updated on progress, costs and timescales.
• Prepare job cards, estimates and invoices.
• Discuss servicing and repair requirements with customers.
• Maximise service, repair and additional sales opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from booking through to collection.
• Work closely with the wider aftersales team to maximise workshop performance.
