Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Preparing and selling service and repair work to customers
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle history records
- Promoting additional products and services to maximise earning potential
