Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is recruiting a Service Advisor in Epsom to join a busy automotive dealership. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, enquiries, and estimates to deliver an outstanding service experience.

Offering a strong base salary of £30,000-£34,000 plus £42,000 OTE, Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. This role suits someone with Aftersales experience, excellent customer service and a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A professional and positive approach
• Good understanding of workshop processes
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Taking ownership of customer enquiries and requirements
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Upselling additional work where appropriate
• Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs
