Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor in Newbury. This role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £36,000 OTE and an additional commission on service plans, aimed at increasing earnings in a customer-focused Aftersales environment.

You'll manage customers through the service and repair journey, book vehicles into the workshop, provide updates, and maximise service-plan sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Service and Aftersales operations.
• Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Professional and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
