Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting a Service Advisor for a premier automotive dealership in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will greet customers, manage workshop bookings, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth handover from booking to service completion.

The role requires at least 2 years in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service, and a valid UK driving licence. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary up to £32,000 with realistic £36,000 OTE, a generous 33 days holiday,

Competenze

• Strong communication skills with an organized approach to bookings, calls, and updates.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per annum + realistic £36,000 OTE (uncapped bonus structure)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Saturdays on a fair team rota (No Sunday working)

Role Overview

Seeking a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor / Customer Advisor to join our growing front-of-house team. You will be the face of our dealership-greeting customers, managing inbound/outbound service calls, coordinating with our technical workshop, and ensuring an exceptional experience from booking to handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service / advisor roles.
• Strong communication skills with an organized approach to managing bookings, telephone calls, and customer updates.
• Ability to build rapport, explain technical items simply, and comfortably offer add-on products/services.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).
• Smartly presented with a positive, team-first attitude.
