• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary + realistic, highly achievable bonus potential.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm | Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).

What you will be doing:

• Customer Care Leadership: Welcoming clients, handling service bookings, arranging loan cars or alternative transport, and delivering a VIP customer journey.
• Workshop Coordination: Tracking vehicle progress directly with the workshop team to guarantee on-time collection.
• Proactive Communication & Upselling: Managing inbound queries, providing clear status updates, and transparently advising clients on necessary repairs or additional service recommendations.

Requirements: Proven track record as a Service Advisor, solid IT/telephone skills, and a confident, upbeat approach in a fast-moving workshop setting.

Commutable Locations:

This position is based in Worthing, making it an easy daily commute from Brighton, Littlehampton, Chichester, and Horsham.
