Perfect Placement are seeking a Service Advisor for a reputable dealer in Worthing, West Sussex. This role targets automotive service professionals with a positive mindset and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will liaise with customers, log service plans, MOTs and appointments, and work with sales teams to promote vehicles. The base salary is up to £32,000 with a realistic OTE of around £40,000, plus benefits including 25 days holiday and pension.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12 months' automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of vehicles and common issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and service plans.
• Log appointments, reservations and MOTs into the dealership database.
• Capture customer emails and help grow the customer database.
• Deliver excellent customer service and advise on repairs and services.
• Obtain payments for work and repairs efficiently.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Complete detailed job cards.
• Coordinate with sales teams to promote new and used vehicle sales.
• Manage courtesy cars and ensure proper allocation.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Ideally, experience with Power DMS and RTC software
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of vehicles and common issues
