Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Slough is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established dealership in Slough. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, ensuring outstanding service quality and clear communication throughout the service or repair process.

We offer a £35,000 basic salary with £41,000 OTE plus benefits, and a Monday–Friday pattern with weekends off, supporting genuine work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set customer expectations and maintain contact with them throughout service or repair.
• Upsell additional products and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop.
