Vertu BMW Motorrad Rotherham is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established team. You will be the link between customers and our workshop, ensuring clear, helpful and reassuring experiences throughout every visit.

We offer a £30,000 basic salary with a range of excellent benefits and ongoing training to support your career progression within one of the UK's largest motor retail groups.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience with cars or motorcycles.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations and guide customers through service/repair stages.
• Provide regular updates in a customer-friendly style.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
