Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a Service Advisor in Medway (ME8) to deliver outstanding front-of-house service from check-in to handover. You will be the bridge between customers and our workshop, explaining repairs and scheduling work with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS.

With a £28,500 base salary and a £7,000+ annual bonus, the role offers guaranteed weekends off and a strong training package, including manufacturer accreditation across three major brands. A positive attitude and customer focus are essential.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering exceptional, customer-focused front-of-house service to vehicle owners from check-in through to handover.


• Acting as the main link between retail customers and our workshop technicians to explain vehicle repair/service work clearly.


• Scheduling bookings, managing service documentation, and processing customer inquiries efficiently.


• Utilizing dealer management systems (such as Kerridge / Keyloop DMS) to update service histories and manage customer accounts.


• Identifying upsell opportunities for vehicle upgrades, maintenance work, parts, and accessories to maximize your bonus earnings.

Note: Prior Service Advisor experience and Keyloop/Kerridge knowledge is desirable, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply!

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Medway (ME8), making it an easy commute from Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Sittingbourne, and Maidstone.
