Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Slough is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for their Hondadealership. You will deliver exceptional aftersales service, book and schedule vehicle work, and provide accurate servicing estimates while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

The role requires strong communication, a target-driven mindset, and a full UK driving licence. A supportive, fast-paced team with opportunities for progression awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential).
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries.
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
