Johnsons Cars in Milton Keynes (Honda dealership) is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join our growing team. You will handle stock, pick, pack, and dispatch parts, and support the Service Manager with parts orders while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts environment preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily.
• Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager.
• Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries.
