Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential).
• Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries.
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
