Responsibilities

• Customer care & reception: warmly greet customers and manage their experience from drop-off to handover.
• Consultative upselling: assess customer needs and recommend maintenance and service packages.
• Service administration: maintain central database records, create detailed job cards, and manage courtesy car allocations.
• Proactive communication: keep customers updated on progress, estimates and repairs, handling queries with a kind approach.
