Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Kent, within a luxury brand dealer group. You will greet customers, book vehicles, manage job cards and liaise with the workshop to progress work. The role offers strong earning potential with 40k+ OTE and a supportive, premium-brand environment.

Ideal candidates will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsell skills and familiarity with RTC/One Link and Kerridge to drive revenue and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor in a main dealer environment.
• Experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge is advantageous.
• Strong customer service, upselling and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles
• Raising and closing job cards
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out
• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress
• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system
• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
