Responsibilities

• Explain repairs clearly to customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Schedule work and liaise with technicians to keep workshop running smoothly.
• Discuss repairs with customers and obtain approval for work.
• Order parts from suppliers and update systems when they arrive.
• Respond to emails, schedule bookings, and support admin tasks.
• Work as part of a team and uphold company policies.
