Arnold Clark is recruiting a Service Advisor for our OMODA/JAECOO branch in Newcastle to deliver an outstanding experience for service and vehicle repair customers.

The role suits someone with customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with workshop teams to ensure smooth processes. It is a full-time position with standard hours and Saturday on rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is essential.
• Able to explain complex information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable using IT systems and handling admin tasks.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and repairs.
• Liaise with workshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes.
• Explain faults and provide clear, accurate solutions to customers.
• Address dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately.
