Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for a Derby-based dealership. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for serving dealership customers on a service desk and managing appointments.

You will also follow up on MOTs, health checks and services, and upsell other offerings such as valets and service plans. The successful candidate must have motor trade experience and confident, charismatic customer interactions.

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Derby, seeking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Serving dealership customers on a service desk

Managing appointments and following up on MOTs, health checks, and services

Up-sell other services such as valets, service plans and other products

You will need to possess confidence and charisma

**The successful candidate, must have previous motor trade experience.**

The Package:

Basic Salary between £16,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience) plus OTE of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum and other company benefits.

Contracted working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 & Saturday one in two 08:00 - 12:00.
