Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Oswestry, Shropshire. This role offers a clear career path, a supportive team, and a competitive package.

You will greet customers, book service appointments, record concerns, liaise with workshop, and promote services. A full UK driving licence and experience in the motor trade are essential; Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
• Book vehicle service and repair appointments
• Accurately record customer concerns and workshop job details
• Act as liaison between customers and the workshop throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed about vehicle progress and additional work required
• Promote and explain additional repair services where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems such as Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
