Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Salford is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to support our service and vehicle repair customers at our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep/MG branch.

You’ll be the first point of contact, coordinate with the workshop, process orders and invoices, upsell where appropriate, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently.
• Liaise with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Control computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes, protecting customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Treat dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle service histories.
• Keep knowledge of aftersales products and upsell where appropriate.
• Keep the customer database updated and accurate at all times.
