Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join our client located in Dorchester. Working within a premium environment, for an established and respected brand, you will be a part of a small team of three experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisors.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for customers, scheduling service appointments, mentoring junior advisors, documenting service history, adhering to policies and safety standards, and upselling

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers.
• Ability to mentor junior service advisors and share knowledge.
• Accurate, thorough documentation of service requests and history.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with service needs.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of service appointments.
• Mentor and support junior service advisors.
• Document service requests and customer interactions accurately.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Promote and upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
