Job summary

The role focuses on planning servicing, booking tachographs and MOTs, creating job orders, and cost management. A flexible, customer‑focused approach helps the workshop stay on track and deliver with excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial vehicles or aftersales is required.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage servicing and bookings.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine servicing.
• Manage tachograph and MOT bookings.
• Create and manage job orders.
• Obtain and update order numbers.
• Prepare and update the night board.
• Liaise with workshop control regarding incoming work.
• Coordinate with the team for work commencement.
• Handle retail invoice costing.
