Job summary

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to join as a full-time Service Advisor at our ŠKODA service centre in Motherwell. You will support the team and customers through administration services for our manufacturers.

You will handle daily workloads, process invoices and customer data, and maintain our databases while keeping a high standard of work and confidentiality. Training and progression are offered within the Park’s Motor Group.

Qualifications

• Confident with routine admin tasks and databases.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workload within the service advisor team.
• Process invoices, paperwork and customer details.
• Liaise with customers to provide high-quality service.
• Maintain, create and update databases.
• Maintain a high standard of work and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally at all times.
• Continually develop personal skills and knowledge.
