Job summary

Evans Halshaw Hyundai, Gateshead, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and the workshop. You will drive customer care and aftersales performance, maximising revenue through health checks, service plan sales and aftercare products.

You will act as the main point of contact for service customers, guiding them from check-in to post-visit follow-up, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely, transparent communication and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience across aftersales or service environments.
• Ability to explain complex repairs and recommendations clearly.
• Proactive in driving service sales and upsell opportunities.
