Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus, Polestar, Alpine, Geely, Omoda and Jaecoo across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Hyundai North London team.

What you will do:

Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

The Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results’ driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations.
